Shipping policy
Your order will be shipped within 2-7 business days. Usually we aim to get your product shipped within 2 or 3 business, however, sometimes there may be delays or where the product requested is a customised product requiring additional work on the product before we can ship it out to you.
You will typically receive a Tracking Number within 7 business days of order placement. In most cases, items are delivered within 4-12 business days but may be longer.
Shipping times below are quoted by the carriers and may vary by carrier. It may take longer to arrive especially during the holidays and also depending on your location but we try to get them out to you as quickly as possible.
- USA: 3-7 business days
- UK: 8-14 business days
- EU: 6-12 business days
- AU/NZ: 10-15 business days
- Canada: 8-14 business days
Orders received on Friday after 12PM EST will be processed on Monday the following week and shipped within the above timeframes
